Day 3 of M

- Instrument set: pump pressure 85- problems the ICP can not be ignited in the first time. The second is oK
- Take samples from hospital
- warm up the membrane before filtering the sample
- Take samples from hospital: Control sample, incubation time: 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30.
- 20uL of each sample is stored at 0 C, then diluted 25 times in 1-propanol to500uL for total Pt determination. the remaining portions will be filtered with 3k membrane then run LC ICP MS
The cells are grown and then 20uM cisplatin put in the cell in 1 hour.
Note: the sample incubated in 20 was lost some amount due to ..
- The Control sample was not exposed to the 20uM cis DDP.
Calculate the free-cisplatin from the standard calibration.
