Day 5 of M-100uM dosage

- samples 100uM from hospital including: Control sample, sample with incubation time of 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30. The sample with incubation time 20min is discarded because the incubation time is not confirmed.
series of standard for determination of free cis DDP: 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 ppb.
- series of standards for determination of total Pt are 2 4 6 8, 10 ppb for the determination of total platin diluted 50times.
Note: before preparing standards, the range of concentration needs to be defined. For example, the range within 1.5-10ppb, the standards is prepared 1 to 10 ppb.
