Sample preparation

First 400uL water put in the filter, then centrifugated in 15 min. to ''warm up'' membrane.
take 10ul sample to analyze the total cisplatin or 20uL depending on the exposed dosages of cisplatin before that of clinical treatment. Collect the sample then diluted to 500uL 2.5% 1-propanol, then the sample concentrations will be determined by flow injection following the instrument set up for total cisplatin determination.

Carefully handle the instrumentation, ignite the plasma before all the valves and connector is fitted tightly.
Turn the red bottom on to make sure that the eluent will get into the plasma at 5 degree cencius.

The remain will be centrifugated with 13000 grm, in 15min, tem: 16-20 degree. then the pallet is injected to icp-ms for determination of cisplatin.
