Transplatin

1. column ZIC-HILIC
problems with the pumb, to purge pump using ''purge'' button then choose the flowrate.
2.5% 1-propanol in 5 mM ammonium acetate.
0.00112 g transplatin is diluted in 1mL miliQ water to have 1120 ppm.
back pressure 61
1.12 ppb transplatin is injected to ICP-MS
2. Change the column: N-C-C-C-PO4-
HPLC prepacked column HPLC from GENETEC  and http://www.mn-net.com/
the same eluent:  2.5% 1-propanol in 5 mM ammonium acetate.
10ppb cisplatin and 10ppb hydrolyzed cisplatin 1hour in water 37 degree C
back pressure 6
the counts/s increase significantly up to 1900 to 2000.
- Using column PC-HILIC (4.6 mm i.d, x100mm, 5um)from http://www.shiseido.co.jp/
back pressure 6,
waiting for equilibrium 15min

Phosphorylcholine (PC) is a partial structure of phosphatidylcholine (lecitin), one of the phospholipids forming cell membranes. PC has a betaine structure and shows high hydrophilicity, biocompatibility, and inhibitory effect of protein adhesion. Its superhydrophilic character is suitable to the application as a HILIC phase.
