Delignification

- 1g milled wood, + 60 mL buffer CH3COONa (dissolved in distilled water) pH 4-5 (4.7) add 0.3g (twice after 2h) NaClO2, put in water bath or ..at 70 degree C in 2h or more
-
- filter with water and acetone
