- Run blank water.
- Run the series of standards: 0.5 ppb, 1ppb, 1.5ppb, 2.0 ppb, 2.5 ppb diluted in ammonium chlorides(keep form of cis DDP stable) from the stock solution of Cis DDP 1000ppm.
- Compare the calibration curve when cisplatin is diluted in water.
